Tony Gugino is an American citizen born in the Los Angeles area of California. From a very young age he only cared about gifts that are technological that ran on electricity. This developed his natural desire and focus on organization. Before he was legally old enough to work, he was a “work-a-holic”. He started as a radio communications apprentice where he drew and planned the concept of what are cellular telephones today. Unfortunately, he did not patent his idea.

Some people are addicted to video games. Tony is addicted to "business" in the same way.

Many of his experiences include restaurant management, industrial applications and equipment, accounting, corporate tax advising, business management, governmental agencies, Computer and Server systems management, programming, and teaching in the areas of special education to adults, children, and persons of special needs. The majority of his business relationships include the countries of the United States, Perú, Mexico, and Germany. Tony Gugino is well traveled to 8 different countries.

Currently he operates his own business which is focused in the United States and Perú. He physically resides in Perú utilizing telephone lines and other modes of communication to other countries to maintain the operations of his business. Tony has always been the “go to guy” for many past friends and colleagues for assistance and advice. He takes a situation and converts it into a practical solution.
